The role of an L&D Practitioner is to support people management and professional development. Benefits of the formal CIPD Professional Qualification
- Learners will achieve the CIPD Foundation Certificate qualification upon successful completion of the course.
- Learners have the choice to apply for CIPD membership and make use of the post nominal letters “Assoc CIPD” after your name.
- Successful achievement of the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice will allow progression onto the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management or the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development.
