Property Services

The property and housing industry is amid profound change as it is due to be regulated by a newly formed government body following the passing of a Bill in 2019.  All professionals will need a Level 3 qualification or above to be licensed to sell or let property, whilst owners and directors would need to be qualified to level 4 or above.

Our property services programmes are designed to support professionals in reaching the new industry standard, attaining the necessary qualifications and become recognised as trusted property professionals.

I am so thankful for my Skills Coach. Every topic she has made easy and interesting and I have felt confident throughout with her help. I wouldn't have passed or got to my position at work now without her!

I have worked with Babington for coming up to 5 years as a trainer and most recently a Specialist Trainer, prior to joining Babington I worked within the Letting & Sales industry for 15 years for a mixture of small and larger corporate agencies. My specialism is within the letting’s environment. I most enjoy working with our learners and seeing them grow in confidence whilst they build on their knowledge and continue in the industry with passion and fire in their bellies
