This apprenticeship programme will help you to gain a greater perception of what strategies and people management policies which HR functions implement to support overall business objectives.

By upskilling, HR professionals become more capable of supporting the business as needed and trusted system of support for the employees. With our HR Consultant / Partner Level 5 apprenticeship you will gain the skills you need to progress as a HR professional. You will develop the ability to confidently support in the making of people ad culture decisions as well as the professional behaviours that lead to organisational success.

This apprenticeship is accredited by the CIPD, the professional body for experts in people at work. For more than 100 years it has been setting professional standards in HR and have over 160,000 active members. They are also leader in independent research, trusted by governments and employers worldwide.

On completion you will gain MCIPD membership with the CIPD. You will be able to use these letters next to your name to display your level of knowledge and experience. While undertaking this apprenticeship, you have the choice to apply for CIPD membership and make use of the post nominal letters “Assoc CIPD” after your name.

Through membership, CIPD will support and encourage you throughout your studies. You will gain access to our lowest membership rate (fees are 40% reduced for Student Members) as well as extensive study resources and the opportunity to build your network through our local branches, online communities, and student conferences. When you complete your qualification, you will be awarded CIPD Associate Membership.
