Learning with a difference

Performance

Ultimately, everything we do is about unlocking potential and enhancing performance within your organisation. Your skills strategy has a direct impact on the ability to grow, move faster, do more for your customers, and stay ahead of the competition.

Personalisation

One size doesn’t fit all. That’s true of the skills needs of your business, and it’s true of your learners. That’s why our training programmes flex and work around the individual – using the latest technology and machine learning to deliver non-linear learning journeys, and giving access to coaches and mentors for one-to-one teaching.

Pathways

We believe in lifelong learning. We also understand that being truly excellent in your field means having more than just professional competency; it’s about having the right mindset to meet change head on, and the ability to communicate and collaborate beyond your own function. All our programmes fit within wider learning pathways: that means you can always take the next step across both professional, technical, and wider personal development.

Contextualisation

Our apprenticeships and learning programmes can always be tailored to fit your industry, and your organisation. We believe that learning is most effective when it’s contextualised, so there’s a strong link between skills and behaviours and your operating environment

Sustainability

If skills are the currency of the future, we believe we should also be mindful of our operating environment, our working practices, and the legacy we create for future generations. Sustainability is a core theme in everything we do; from how Babington itself operates, to the topics we embed within all our learning.

Partnerships

Besides Babington’s own deep expertise, we’re proud to boast some of the most knowledgeable partners out there. From designing learning content, to delivering interactive sessions and accrediting our programmes, you benefit from access to some of the best minds in the business. To name a few: BCS, CIPD, AAT, ACCA, CIMA, Henley Business School, and more.
