This programme is available with or without a formal CMI Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management. Benefits of the CMI Level 3 qualification

Learners will achieve a Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management with the upon successful completion of the course
You will be eligible for Chartered Manager status with the CMI

The EPA for this apprenticeship consists of two parts, a 1 hour professional discussion around your portfolio of evidence gathered during your apprenticeship and 20 minute presentation followed by a 40 minute Q&A

The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is the Chartered Body for Management and Leadership. For 75 years, they have supported business and learners to increase their skillset and confidence to become successful managers and leaders. The CMI is the only organisation that can award Chartered Manager status, this is considered to be the highest accolade for managers and leaders.
