Designed to support new managers, This qualification will give you the skills and confidence to handle a range of management tasks – such as planning, allocating and monitoring work, or supporting and motivating your team.

This SVQ in Management Level 7 apprenticeship consists of four mandatory units and three optional units, enabling learners to gain an internationally recognised qualification which guarantees that learners have the skills and abilities required to effectively carry out their role.
