The use of data is becoming an essential part of effective leadership. As organisations face increasing pressure to make informed, timely and strategic decisions, leaders must be able to confidently interpret and apply data to drive performance and guide their teams.

It is important that those in leadership roles understand how to use data to monitor performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make decisions that are supported by evidence rather than assumption.

The Data in Leadership Level 3 pathway equips current and aspiring leaders with the skills and confidence to use data effectively within their role. Learners will develop the ability to interpret data, communicate insight and lead data-informed decision-making, supporting their organisation to improve performance, increase efficiency and remain competitive in a data-driven world.
