Main description
ZIGUP are looking for a new HR Support Apprentice to launch their career and help us transform HR Shared Services into People Operations! You will be studying toward your Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship Qualification.
We’re putting the colleague lifecycle at the heart of everything we do – and this is your chance to be part of it. As an HR Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire colleague journey, from onboarding to life events, while working towards a CIPD accredited qualification.
Day-Day Responsibilities:
• Support key stages of the colleague lifecycle – from offer & onboarding to leavers
• Build confidence giving first-line policy guidance and HR support
• Learn how to keep HR systems accurate & compliant
• Help shape new ways of working including HR Chat & Knowledge Bank
• Deliver the brilliant basics that keep HR seamless
Entry requirements
No Previous Experience Required All Training Will Be Provided.
GCSE C+ Maths & English is desired.
