The big picture
Developing future leaders and skilled teams

Workforce shortages, evolving patient demands, and rapid digital transformation mean the NHS must continually invest in its people. Apprenticeships offer a practical, funded way to develop the next generation of healthcare leaders, operational staff, and technical specialists, while strengthening retention and reducing recruitment challenges.

Unlocking Leadership Potential with the NHS Leadership Academy

Through our partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy, we can embed their renowned leadership content, such as the Edward Jenner Programme, into our apprenticeships. This dual-qualification approach gives learners access to nationally respected leadership development alongside their apprenticeship programme, helping them grow into confident, capable leaders.

The Edward Jenner Programme, designed for aspiring leaders at the start of their journey, combines flexible online learning with practical reflection, encouraging participants to enhance their impact and career potential within the NHS.
