This year, our work in the professional services sectors has delivered measurable results that speak for themselves:
– Over 8000 learners supported, through 3000+ employer partners across sectors including finance, leadership, and digital skills.
– High achievement rates, at an over 60% qualification achievement rate, with 97% of learners moving on to positive destinations, the majority of learners progressing into permanent roles or advancing their careers.
– Employer partnerships strengthened, helping businesses future-proof their workforce and improve retention, with 92% of employers reporting improved workforce capability.
– 163 learners supported through levy transfer
– Significant investment in digital learning, ensuring flexible, accessible training for all.
Employers tell us that apprenticeships aren’t just about filling skills gaps, they’re about future-proofing their organisations. By investing in apprenticeships, businesses create environments where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to grow. This year, many employers reported improved staff retention and 96% of line managers reporting that apprenticeships have had a positive experience on their organisation. While 95% of learners overwhelmingly said that their training has had a positive impact on their individual development needs. These results highlight the transformative power of vocational learning in driving business success.
