This brand new membership organisation connects apprentices via a virtual networking community for support across the UK.  Through our partnership, all learners on Babington apprenticeship programmes are now eligible for free AoA membership. 

As part of our commitment to providing learners with excellent experiences and supporting them to achieve the best outcomes, we will provide you with access to social and professional networks, learning, guidance and support to enhance your journey. 

About the Association of Apprentices

AoA is a national, not-for-profit membership organisation that helps apprentices to connect, learn, and fulfil their potential. Learners can join the community, share experiences, communicate with people in similar situations to them, participate in specially curated events, and get support with everything from work skills to wellbeing. 

AoA Connect

AoA Connect is a bespoke social and professional networking platform that allows learners to unite with peers in a dedicated, inclusive virtual community. Here they can chat, discuss, and gain insight from apprentices across the country on the same programme, in the same industry, in the same region, or in any group of interest to them. AoA Connect is available on-demand, ensuring learners always have real-time access.

AoA Learn

AoA Learn gives apprentice members access to thousands of resources to support their work and life skills development.

Here they can identify their abilities, strengths, and any development areas, as well as receive personalised content to help maximise their potential.

AoA resources help apprentices understand how to receive feedback positively, prepare for their EPA, and support all elements of off-the-job learning.
