Sierra Hampton-Simmons of the PMI says “The global economy needs 25 million new project professionals by 2030 to keep up with demand, this number alone proves the dire need for project professionals over the next decade, meaning that professionals who take the time to enhance their careers through certifications will be set up for success in terms of career advancement.”

Project management is often cited as a top technology job. Employers are looking for project managers who can effectively run complex projects. This programme builds skills that are in demand by employers from project management fundamentals to digital capability.

This course is part of Skills Bootcamps for Londoners, a programme supported by the Mayor of London. The programme is funded by the Department of Education (DfE) and is helping Londoners gain the skills that employers need to progress career opportunities in priority sectors.

Entry Requirements

  • Candidates must be 19+ (as of the 31st of August 2022)
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Resident within the Greater London Authority (GLA)
  • Candidates are required to own working IT equipment and have stable internet connection

For learners

Individuals can gain the basic skills required to start out their career in project management. Their increased knowledge of project management and remote management skills and processes will also allow them greater scope to progress within their current role or organisation.
