Main description

Jellyfish Energy are looking for a new Apprentice Compliance Officer. You will be studying toward your Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer Apprenticeship.

This role involves working with Babington to ensure regulatory adherence, conduct audits, and support risk management processes. Key outcomes include maintaining compliance standards and assisting in internal controls. Collaboration with legal, finance, and operational teams is essential for success.

Your role will include;

  • Monitoring Compliance: You’ll assist in tracking and ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with current regulations.
  • Documentation: Help prepare and review compliance reports, audit logs, and internal control documentation.
  • Risk Assessments: Participate in conducting risk assessments and maintaining records of findings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to address compliance-related queries and support ongoing audits.
  • Adapting to Regulatory Changes: Continuously monitor and adapt to changes in regulations.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE or Equiv. C/4 + Maths
  • GCSE or Equiv. C/4 + Maths

AS Level or equivalent in:

x3 (Grade Pass)

Things to consider

Working hours Please note that anyone under the age of 18 can only work a maximum of 40 hours per week. Any role which exceeds these hours should be amended accordingly, to fall in line with the legislation.

Future Prospects

Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the Apprenticeship.
