Main description

Marama Care are looking for two new Business Administrator Apprentices! You will be studying toward your Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.

As an Apprentice Business Administration Assistant your general tasks will include.

  • Overseeing our reception area, answering calls. Meeting and greeting visitors and signposting them to the relevant departments.
  •  Carrying out administrative tasks, to include the distribution of paperwork between our service, photocopying documents and managing the enquiries inbox.
  • Ordering stationary supplies.
  •  Completing and distributing staff rotas as directed by the registered manager.
  •  Coordinating meetings, sending invites, and booking meeting rooms.
  •  Managing the organisations computer data base and word processing functions. To organise computer files and ensure a regular and timely back up is completed according to the Company procedures.

 Entry requirements

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • Maths GCSE (Grade 4-9)
  • English GCSE (Grade 4-9)

Desirable qualifications

Other in:

Business (Grade Pass)

Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.

Your training plan

Paragon Skills is a leading national Apprenticeship training provider, supporting over 4,000 learners and 1,500 organisations. Paragon Skills has some of the highest success and achievement rates in the industry.

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.

This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.

Things to consider

Please note that anyone under the age of 18 can only work a maximum of 40 hours per week. Any role which exceeds these hours should be amended accordingly, to fall in line with the legislation.

Future Prospects

Possible progression onto a full time role after the Apprenticeship.
