Key Responsibilities:
- Logging into the CRM system and preparing for daily calling activity
- Selecting and reviewing customer data for outbound calls
- Making outbound calls using a click-to-dial system
- Asking structured questions to identify customer needs
- Transferring calls to the appropriate department based on responses
- Recording accurate outcomes of all calls in line with GDPR requirements
- Managing and diarising call-backs where required
- Working to specific call allocation targets and guidelines
