We recently sat down with Nicole, a Level 3 Business Administration apprentice who works at Babington’s HO, to find out how she’s finding her apprenticeship experience so far!
Job purpose
We were established in 2003 by a team of GPs who are committed to delivering health care in the best way possible. Today, we rank as one of Scotland’s leading private medical practices. We are currently in search for a suitable candidate to work in our busy clinics, supporting us within our administration duties. For this position you will support the coordination of the clinics, booking appointments, typing up and sending clerical reports/referrals, organising diaries for clinics and triaging the workload for the doctors.
What will I learn?
The successful candidate will be working towards achieving their SCQF 6 in Business and Administration, which is delivered by our training provider Babington.
What qualifications or qualities are required?
Ability to deliver good Customer Service. Excellent comunication skills. Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work using your own initiative.
