£150 Shopping Voucher Competition

Summary

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Rate My Apprenticeship. This competition is promoted by BABINGTON BUSINESS COLLEGE LIMITED (company number: 02673518) whose registered office is at 55 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2AA (“Babington”). By entering the competition, you are deemed to accept these terms:

  1. This giveaway opens at 09:00 am (GMT) on the 9th of April 2024 and closes at 23:59 pm (GMT) on 31st May 2024.
  2. Entrants to this competition must have been an apprentice with Babington to be eligible to leave a review with Rate My Apprenticeship.
  3. An entrant may only be entered into the competition once (by leaving a maximum of one review on the Rate My Apprenticeship website).

How to Enter:

  1. To enter this competition, you must complete a review of Babington on the Rate my Apprenticeship website, and submit a screenshot of your entry by emailing this to rma@babington.co.uk by the closing date.
  2. Babington shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the closing date or are illegible, incomplete, or corrupted.

Choosing a Winner:

  1. There will be one lucky winner of the competition.
  2. Following entry to the competition, all eligible entries submitted by email will be combined. The winner will then be randomly selected by Babington through a computer-generated process.
  3. The winner of the competition will be notified by email within 5 working days after the closing time for the competition. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid / correct entries that were received.
  4. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 days of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed the prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid / correct entries that were received.

The Prize:

  1. The prize winner will win:
    1. A shopping voucher to the value of £150,00 of the individuals choice. This prize includes delivery costs.

The Competition Terms:

  1. The Babington Competition Prize is subject to these terms and conditions and the Babington terms and conditions which can be found at https://babington.co.uk/policies/terms-conditions/. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these competition terms and conditions, these giveaway terms and conditions will take precedence
  2. Babington reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute an alternative product at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
  3. Babington reserves the right to amend or cancel the delivery of the prize for administrative reasons without prior notice.
  4. The prize is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash.
