Adult learning courses cover a wide range of topics – from Digital and Leadership skills, to Customer Service and even English and Maths. These programmes are free to UK residents over the age of nineteen. Some geographic restrictions apply.

Building skills

Over two million adults in the UK are currently unemployed. With 77% GCSE grades between A and C (1-9) last year, we know that there’s a gap when it comes to building a strong foundation in both functional and professional skills. Our free adult learning courses are designed to help close this gap.

Lasting between 1 and 16 weeks depending on the programme, all courses are available to start today and provide a qualification certificate upon completion.

  • Organisations wanting to offer foundational learning to entry level or junior employees
  • Cost-free way to build basic skills in customer service, leadership, and digital
  • Part of our wider ‘Future Skills’ suite of programmes that help you connect with and offer development opportunities to diverse, entry level talent
