Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their moving journey.
- Communicate with customers by telephone, email and other business channels.
- Support customers with enquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Update and maintain customer records and documentation using company systems.
- Assist with booking and coordinating removals and storage services.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
- Process administrative tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and apprenticeship learning activities.
- Follow company policies, procedures and customer service standards.
