As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will join our Central Office team and gain valuable hands-on experience supporting day-to-day office operations. This is a great opportunity to develop practical workplace skills while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
You will learn how a busy office operates, gaining experience in office management, IT systems, corporate procedures and administrative processes. Throughout the apprenticeship you will build strong organisational, communication and operational skills while supporting different areas of the business.
You will also gain exposure to document production, data management and financial processes such as invoicing, helping you develop a well-rounded understanding of business administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide business support to the Central Office team
- Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, telephone and face-to-face
- Carry out general office duties such as scanning, printing and maintaining electronic filing systems
- Assist with ordering goods and office supplies
- Support the collection and collation of data and management information
- Assist with document preparation and administrative tasks across the team
