Sector-Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) are 1-6 week programmes that combine learning, work experience, and recruitment to connect employers in key sectors with entry-level talent in specific geographic locations.

SWAPs provide learners with experience and exposure to UK businesses looking to hire, and give organisations the opportunity to connect with, upskill, and hand-pick local talent. What’s more, these initiatives are funded by UK Government:
