A career as a Letting Agent or an Estate Agent is diverse and rewarding. The learner will need to combine excellent customer service with sales skills and product knowledge to satisfy a wide cross-section of customers, colleagues, and professionals.
Our Level 2 and 3 apprenticeships teach and build the skills and experience the learner will need to market, sell and rent homes and other properties. They will learn the principles of the property industry, and be fully involved in daily tasks such as dealing with enquiries and marketing properties for sale or rent. Moving to Level 3 the learner will take on more responsibilities with confidence, such as organising and carrying out instructions/ valuations and reacting to changes in the fast-moving property market.
