Principles of Team Leading Level 2

Whether you are in employment, attaining a team leader or manager level role can be difficult as it requires experience, qualifications, and a blend of skills. This qualification has been developed to provide learners with the best opportunity to enhance their success in employment across a range of sectors.

Our Principles in Team Leading Level 2 course aims to support aspiring managers to develop core team leading, coaching and customer service skills.

Entry requirements:

  • Candidates must be 19+ (as of the 31st of August 2021)
  • UK residency requirement
  • Postcode restrictions do apply, the candidate must be in a qualifying location
  • Candidates are required to own working IT equipment and have stable internet connection (computer, access to Microsoft packages, video, and audio)

Programme outcomes

For employers

Organisations can place existing employees on this course as part of their progression into a higher role. This course will give employees further insight into the characteristics of effective leaders and an understanding of different leadership styles and their impact on the organisation.

For learners

Learners will complete this course with the ability to communicate effectively to fellow employees and to customers. They will also understand the importance of effective leadership and the benefits of supplying high quality customer service. You will also gain insight into coaching and how to overcome coaching barriers.
