Customer Service Skills Level 2

Advancing your customer service career through our level 2 course allows you to gain key skills and behaviours which can be applied to your role. It will give you the confidence to operate within the role and develop yourself as you expand your expertise.

This Customer Service Skills Level 2 apprenticeship allows learners to further their understanding of customer service, and encourages the application of their learning to themselves, their daily tasks, and situations they may face. Throughout this course, additional skills are gained which will culminate in a change in behaviour and approach to customers and the importance of their role.

This course is available in a self-directed format or can be completed with the guidance of a tutor virtually or face to face at one of our delivery locations.

 

Entry requirements:

  • Candidates must be 19+ (as of the 31st of August 2021)
  • UK residency requirement
  • Postcode restrictions do apply, the candidate must be in a qualifying location
  • Candidates are required to own working IT equipment and have stable internet connection (computer, access to Microsoft packages, video, and audio)

Programme outcomes

For employers

Businesses can place existing employees on the 16 week course to refresh their basic skills and knowledge. It can help employees understand the importance of tier role and how it assists in the overall success of the company.

For learners

On completion of this course, learners will have gained a customer service mindset, in addition to skills and behaviours which they will have the confidence to apply to their daily roles and activities. Through role plays and discussions, you will better understand the customers’ needs and the importance of your role to overall business objectives.

  • 2 week course: this programme is assessed throughout to ensure learning is comprehensive.
  • 16 week course: this programme ends with the completion of two assessments, an e-learning textbook and some assessment questions
