Customer Service Level 1

Beginning a lasting career in an industry requires a solid foundation of knowledge and skills. This level 1 customer service course gives learners entry into customer service career, and the ability to learn while gaining valuable experience in the industry. You will develop customer service skills with this short course with constant support and guidance with an expert tutor.

This Customer Service Level 1 course allows learners to gain the foundation of skills they need to succeed in a customer service role within any sector. They will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to enter a customer service position and if interested, further their learning with higher level courses and apprenticeships.

Entry requirements:

  • Candidates must be 19+ (as of the 31st of August 2021)
  • UK residency requirement
  • Postcode restrictions do apply, the candidate must be in a qualifying location
  • Candidates are required to own working IT equipment and have stable internet connection (computer, access to Microsoft packages, video, and audio)
