Reach the highest grade
The award of full Chartered Manager status – and the post-nominal designation of CMgr – represents the pinnacle of achievement for a practising professional manager.
Many leaders have seen their career progression accelerated by the achievement. Others already at the top find it a source of pride and confidence, apt recognition of their experience and achievements.
Those who achieve Chartered status find that joining our Academy and engaging with some of our thought-leadership activities provides an excellent way of maintaining their ongoing professional development, and is a rare opportunity to share experiences with other seasoned professionals.
Stand out from the crowd
There are comparatively few CMgr leaders in the UK, and only a tiny proportion by comparison with other professionals such as Accountants, Surveyors, HR Specialists and Engineers.
Achieving Chartered Manager status is therefore still a big differentiator, marking you out as a seasoned and effective professional leader.
