Coronavirus Important Notice: 7th January 2021

The safety of our team members and our learners remains our number one priority. We want to reassure you that during this new period of ‘lockdown’ restrictions, we will continue to support both our learners and our employers to continue with their apprenticeship and learning programmes.

All elements of our delivery will remain running remotely during this lockdown period. As a digitally-enabled provider, we swiftly migrated all provision to online, digital and virtual platforms, ensuring our learners and apprentices have remained at the heart of all we do.

Whilst the safety of our teams and our learners is our overriding priority, we can confirm that AAT & CII exams and assessments have not been suspended and will continue during the current UK lockdown restrictions.

All of our centres are COVID Safe and we continue to adhere to all Covid-19 regulations and guidance, in order to ensure the safety of our teams and our learners.

AAT assessments remain available for those students that are able to take them. Due to social distancing in our centres, the number of seats for exams will be reduced but we will ensure exams are prioritised for our learners. If you have an exam query, please contact your Skills Coach in the first instance.

For CII exams, all PSI centres will be remaining open but we will continue to support learners in booking remote exams where learners do not want to attend a centre to carry out their exams face to face.

We understand lockdown is difficult for all learners and employers; however we are committed to ensuring our programmes continue and provide continued progression and engagement and positive reinforcement through investment in skills during this time.

For any learners placed onto furlough, we can continue apprenticeship programmes and ensure learners remain engaged and progress with their studies.

In addition, our Adult Skills programmes will continue. We have many fully funded courses that can support employees and learners at this time to upskill and invest in their careers during lockdown.
