BABINGTON’S JEN BRAMLEY PROMOTED TO COO

Babington are really pleased to announce as a business, that we have promoted Jen Bramley, who has been our Customer Engagement Director since 2018, into the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Jen joined our Board of Directors in October 2018 and has done a fantastic job of supporting the growth and stabilisation of the business in this time.

Jen demonstrates a clear focus on our customers and a passion on delivering against our promises to a high standard. She has a detailed understanding of what we need to do as a business to really deliver and exceed customer expectations and has been a pivotal role when navigating how we can be differentiated and best in class in regard to our training delivery and ways of working.

Previous to joining Babington, Jen’s role consisted of leading a large operational team that delivered training solutions to customers, so she has a real wealth of experience that we are fortunate to have here at Babington.

Jen’s new role as Chief Operating Officer means that she will take overall responsibility for Employability, Skills and also the new Customer Experience team, whilst working closely with our Transformation team as we continue to make improvements across all our operations.

Jen’s promotion has provided us with a great opportunity to align all of these areas even further and allows us to focus on making our processes more customer focused than before. At the same time, this new organisational structure ensures that we remove duplications of roles and allows our training teams to focus on what they are here to do, support people to reach their full potential through new and exciting opportunities.
