Babington Obtain Best Companies Accreditation

Posted by: Mia Lewis Post Date: 2nd February 2018

Babington is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Best Companies accreditation for the fifth consecutive year, reconfirming continuous immense levels of dedication and engagement from employees within the organisation.

Best Companies is widely recognised as the most academically rigorous measure of work placement engagement and is based on data rather than opinion or theory. We have not only continued to maintain our 1 Star rating as a ‘Very Good Company’ but increased our overall score as well.

Best Companies 1 Star accreditation

To gain this prestigious accreditation, Babington employees were offered the chance to fill in a ‘b-heard’ survey, which included questions based on ‘8 factors of workplace engagement’. This was then followed by an analysis of the results, which delves deeper than statistics, to create a picture of how Babington employees really feel. Since we are always looking to continuously improve ourselves, the following step looks at building whole-of-organisation engagement plans, enabling us to fulfil our ‘Simply the Best’ prophecy. With the BCI score we achieved, this was high enough to be accredited 1 Star: this is a significant achievement that shows an organisation is taking workplace engagement seriously.

At Babington, we are passionate about demonstrating the significance of workplace engagement, and we provide guidance and support to help others achieve it too. A prime example of this is our leadership and management programmes from the Chartered Management Institute, helping you to develop leadership and management programmes from the Chartered Management Institute help you develop engaging leadership strategies which contribute towards high team performance.
