Cilla McKay, Executive Director of Learning and Transformation at Babington, will be chairing the panel of judges for the Change Programme – Delivery Customer Experience category at the UK Employee Engagement Awards on 10th September.
The UK Employee Experience Awards (UKEXA) celebrate the hard work and dedication that goes into improving the employee experience and allows workers across the nation to get the recognition they deserve!
Judges for the UKEXA are selected based on their experience and qualifications, with the organisation aiming to have large panels of independent business professionals to ensure judging is both thorough and fair.
Cilla had this to say about her position within the awards:
“I am passionate about the link between Employee Engagement and Customer Experience and I am delighted to be the chair of the judges for this category at this important UK based award.
There have been some really exciting submissions and we are excited to see what our participants are bringing in innovative and creative thinking regarding employee engagement, particularly through this very difficult time of COVID and the impact of working in remote teams”
We wish the finalists across all categories the best at The Awards Ceremony at the UK Employee Experience Awards tomorrow.
