Babington is proud to announce the achievement of full Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) recognition by the Skills Funding Agency. This means that we are now listed on the National Register of Approved Apprenticeship Training Agencies.
Becoming an ATA means we can offer support to small employers who are financially unable to employ an apprentice directly. To allow both employers and young people to benefit from combining fresh talent with valuable opportunities, we are able to employ apprentices ourselves, placing them in host placements with you.
This breaks down barriers to apprenticeship provision, encouraging participation from a wider range of organisations, and helping contribute to Government’s target of 3 million new apprenticeships by 2020.
ATA recognition demonstrates that we operate in accordance with Apprenticeship Training Agency Framework criteria, ensuring high quality apprenticeship provision, and an enriching experience for both employers and apprentices.
Some of the main benefits of working with our ATA include faster business growth, increased employment flexibility, and a highly trained member of staff.
