Are you looking for a motivated apprentice for your business? At Babington, we have a host of young individuals waiting for the ideal opportunity to start their career.

Take a look at some of our candidates below who are eager to get started:

Kieran – 18 Years Old

Kieran is a wonderfully bright and creative candidate in Leicester, who is keen to kick start a career in digital marketing and graphic design, and put his strong digital skills to good use.

He has fantastic GCSE grades, including a B in Maths, an A in English, and an A in graphic design. He was very quick to set up a portfolio with all his design work on request – an example of his digital knowledge along with his eagerness and commitment to find an apprenticeship to suit him.

For only 18, Kieran is very much aware of what his future goal is, and is adamant to achieve that. You can check out his graphic portfolio here.

Morgan – 17 Years Old

Morgan is on the lookout for Financial Services apprenticeships in Essex and East London. She is currently in her second year of college, but after talking to her teachers she is looking to drive forward and start her career. Morgan is extremely switched on – she insists she doesn’t want to just be another candidate, and instead wants to get out there and sell herself.

Morgan is very easy to talk to, with the capacity for great customer service skills, and she also achieved A*-B’s throughout her GCSE’s and 3 AS Levels at grade C (including maths!). Morgan has a diverse skillset, and has boosted it with regular work experience as a Karate junior instructor, a Saturday customer service assistant in a hair salon, and work experience with Deloitte.

She is ambitious, driven and a fantastic communicator, and would no doubt be a huge asset to any business!

Curtis – 18 Years Old

Curtis is a bright young man from Stoke on Trent with great mathematical skills, demonstrated by his grade B in GCSE maths, and a C in AS accounting. He left college last year and is now looking to start a career in accounting, and feels an AAT apprenticeship would be the best route into employment.

His main strengths are his teamwork, solid communication skills, and adaptability – he has had various hospitality and warehousing roles, and has also had work experience for Steelite International. Curtis is a driver with his own car, and has a determined attitude to learn everything he can within a role.

Connor – 17 Years Old

Connor is a very polite and punctual young man who is looking for his first opportunity in Sheffield within the finance sector. However, he is open to a variety of opportunities within a business, including accounting, insurance, and business admin.

Connor is bright and inquisitive, and is really in tune to find out what a business is all about and how he can use the skills he will pick up on an apprenticeship to further his career. He has previously demonstrated sales and negotiation skills at a Dragon’s Den competition at school, and has GCSE grade B in maths, and a C in English.

Dilan – 18 Years Old

Dilan from Edgware is a confident individual who is looking to make his mark in the financial sector. He has an excellent understanding of all things numbers – achieving an A in GCSE Maths and a Diploma in Mathematics.

As well as this, he also is a very active and motivated person with solid communication and teamwork skills, which he demonstrated during his time spent taking part in the National Citizen Service programme. During his time there, he volunteered in many charitable activities and received an award for his achievements. In his spare time, he enjoys playing football and puts his Mathematical abilities to good use by helping his Dad, who works in Construction, with calculations and pricing up jobs.
