Is Your Business Full of Apprenticeship Heroes?
As part of our #ApprenticeshipHeroes campaign, we are looking at businesses big and small who unearth the potential in their apprentices.
Apprenticeships are offering real opportunities for ambitious individuals, who gain great experiences with the support of their employers. With the help of amazing organisations like yours, 90% of apprentices across the UK have stayed in employment post-apprenticeship, and seven in ten with the same employer.

Our apprentices are thriving and really enjoying their studies. This is a credit to the organisation, design and delivery of the programme delivered by the Babington.
Babington have an excellent understanding of the commercial pressures we are sometimes under and are flexible to our needs. The tutors have very good industry knowledge and are very supportive to our staff.
The support that our guys receive from Babington is breathtaking, I could not ask for more. Many of our guys work different shifts and Babington’s Training Advisers have a very flexible approach, and are more than happy to be available to visit onsite at whatever time we need them.
The support team at Babington do just that – ‘support’. Not only do they support us as the employer, but they ensure individual apprentices can flourish and develop. Early stats show that the apprentices have more staying power and commitment than many of our other new trainee recruits.
After difficult experiences with other training providers, Babington have restored our faith in apprenticeship learning programmes.
