Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser Level 3

More than ever, companies within the financial industry need to ensure that their employees who deal directly with customers are trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable. They need to be able to professionally deal with new and existing clients and confidently recommend relevant products to them.

This Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser Level 3 apprenticeship builds upon a professional’s existing knowledge and furthers their understanding of the financial industry, the regulation and the best products and services to support the customers they serve.

On completion of this programme, learners will be confident enough to meet the individual need of different customers, supporting and motivating their colleagues while keeping up with all legal, regulatory and risk requirements.

This apprenticeship will empower you to gain a better understanding of your role and that of your organisation within the financial services sector. You will have a greater grasp on new and existing regulation and legal compliance practices, which will help you in dealing with customers.
