Work-based learning is a great way to develop experience, and you will gain fundamental skills on the job with guidance from your colleagues and Babington’s tutors.
This apprenticeship will also develop your knowledge in:
- Generating and qualifying sales leads
- Buyer behaviour

- Meeting customers’ aftersales needs
- Time planning

I didn’t really want to go to college after finishing school, and an apprenticeship was best for myself to gain the skills and experience I need. Since I started the apprenticeship I’ve really picked up the ability to communicate well and make people hang on my words. Earning money is also a massive bonus!
