This has been an amazing opportunity for me, which has given me the chance to gain hands on experience, and work towards a qualification in Residential Sales. I know that learning and understanding the business and industry inside out will open many doors for myself. I think being able to start a career at my age is a great achievement, which I’m very grateful for. Without the support of Babington and Connells, I feel that I wouldn’t have been where I am today.
Apprenticeships have allowed us to attract many smart new recruits into our business in all different departments, and we now have many apprentices moving up the career ladder. Many are progressing and moving up the career ladder very quickly. The support team at Babington do just that – ‘support’. Not only do they support us as the employer, but they ensure individual apprentices can flourish and develop in a way other employees sometimes do not.
