What qualifications will I achieve?
On the successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve the Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeship at Level 5 and Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
What are the entry requirements?
No formal qualifications are required for this apprenticeship, but you are expected to have sufficient management experience to carry out the responsibilities required.
This apprenticeship is ideal for managers who are moving into a middle management position and have previous completed the level 3 leadership and management apprenticeship.
What can I do afterwards?
This level 5 apprenticeship will provide you with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to work in a middle management role.
You can also enhance your career prospects with further training, continuing your studies towards level 6.
