Housing and Property Manager Level 3

With the introduction of a regulatory body for the housing and property sector, it imperative that businesses and professionals ensure that their employees have relevant and recognised qualifications at the required level, in line with their role and responsibilities.

As a Level 3 qualification becomes the minimum requirement for many housing and property management roles, this Housing and Property Manager Level 3 apprenticeship allows learners to gain a recognised qualification, relevant on the job experience and skills, which build on their existing knowledge. For professionals needing to reach the new industry standard, they can reskill and work towards progressing their career.

Apprentices will be eligible for the following memberships:

  • Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) at Member Level
  • Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) at Associate Grade or Member Grade (depending on length of service within the sector and within the organisation)
  • Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) at Foundation Level or Associate Level (depending on length of service within the sector and within the organisation)

It also offers an opportunity for organisations to ensure that all staff are aware of current legislation, modern practices and skilled in all areas pertaining to the various tasks their role entails.

For learners

This level 3 apprenticeship supports property professionals in developing and furthering their knowledge and understanding. Through the topics covered, learners will be able to offer an improved service to their customers, maintain industry regulation and legislation and other skills which are key to success in the industry such as influencing and negotiation skills. illustrate and put into practice.
