Lettings Apprentice

A great opportunity to work in a thriving property development business alongside passionate and driven individuals. Working closely with investors and entrepreneurs we are looking for someone with drive and passion who feels this would be an environment they could thrive in. Your training will be with Babington.

Key responsibilities include:

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and carrying out property inspections.
Diary management.
Maintaining our existing client base.
Build relationships with existing and new customers.
Social media management.
Dealing with phone and email enquiries.
Generating compliance paperwork.
General lettings admin which forms part of the job role.
Property management including maintenance reporting.
Booking in and carrying out property viewings and move ins.

What will I learn?

Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant Apprenticeship standard. Remote delivery, 15 month duration with 12 months of the learning period and 3 months end point assessment with an external provider. Level 2 Maths and English functional skills if required.

GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade C/4) Essential

From new build development, property refurbs, commercial conversions and property investment strategies. Salary increases to £11,329.50 after 6 month probation period.
