Are you passionate about a career in learning and development? Incora are looking for an apprentice to work as part of the HR Central team. To support the administration and delivery of the global learning strategy and assisting the team in designing and implementing learning solutions using a digital first approach. Apprenticeship via Babington.

Key responsibilities include:

Working as part of the HR central team to provide day-to-day learning and development related administration via the learning management system and share point sites to support the global business.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support relating to the learning management systems, including loading content, monitoring course completions and collating evaluation forms.
  • Reporting on compliance training statistics.
  • Supporting correspondence with apprenticeship providers and maintain data on the Digital Account Service.
  • Maintaining the HR share point pages and creating pages to promote a global learning culture.
  • Arranging the booking of facilitators, venues, travel, or facilities for learning and development events.
  • Preparing learner materials ahead of facilitated events required by trainer.
  • Reporting engagement with learning and development initiatives and supporting with internal communications.
  • Promoting national and international learning related events.
  • Developing and maintaining reports related to learning.

What will I learn?

  • Learning and Development Practioner Level 3 standard
  • With functional skills level 2 in Maths and English if required
  • Apprenticeship delivered and supported virtually with off the job training time within working week.
