Supporting Financial Advisers in the provision of Advice to clients, by updating client files and providing timely portfolio summaries with information details for client meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
This role will cover the full breadth of IT infrastructure within the business from managing end-user issues to handling cyber security threats and maintaining business continuity is maintained.
Tasks will range from handling day to day issues as they arise with user to larger scaled projects including system migrations and new equipment installations.
Duties will include:
- Managing hardware and software used by all staff day to day
- Acting as the first line of troubleshooting to all IT issues and liaising with further sources of support as required
- Maintaining of server infrastructure and environment to ensure optimal performance
- Assisting with upgrade projects for software/hardware
