What will the apprentice be doing?
- Assist in the coordination, production and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns and promotional activities – maximising the impact and engagement of our messages to new and existing international audiences.
- Marketing Promotion – Support on all aspects of promotional marketing mix including, but not limited to, advertising, media planning, digital, print, email, public relations, e-commerce, social media, search engine marketing, events, direct marketing, and sales promotions.
- Content creation with a strong eye for attention to detail – Collaborating with technical experts from across the organisation; research, coordinate and produce well-structured, thought-leadership copy/content about technical, industry-related topics. Produce blogs, interviews, videos, whitepapers, articles, infographics, editorials, case studies and podcasts.
- Marketing Communications – Plan, produce and disseminate marketing content and assets across a range of owned and paid media channels including, website, email, events, social media, paid search, and sponsorships.
- Email Marketing – Coordinate, develop and deliver targeted email marketing programmes, e-newsletters and automated CRM email communications. Report on performance.
- Brand – Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy and positioning.
- Marketing Collateral – Develop marketing creatives and materials – often working with and briefing third-party agencies and other internal departments.
- Campaigns – Working with product teams across the business, plan and coordinate small to medium sized marketing campaigns and activities to support new/existing products and services for demand and lead generation.
- Events – Support and coordinate the planning, preparation, administration and delivery of international conferences/events and online webinars.
- Internal Communications – Working with the internal communications department, prepare and communicate timely, concise updates to keep colleagues informed and engaged in the CAA’s international activities. Coordinate intranet updates.
- Administration – Undertake daily administrative tasks to support the team, such as but not limited to, raising purchase order numbers, processing invoices, and responding to enquiries.
