Insurance Sales Apprentice

The role we are recruiting for is a sales advisor role which is phone based and target driven and involves contacting clients to quote and arranging insurance sales. This is a B to C role and all leads are warm, so no cold calling involved. The successful candidate will be working towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification with Babington.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound telephone calls
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Providing insurance quotes
  • Making insurance sales
  • General admin duties

What will I learn?

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
  • Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.
  • Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an individual member at Professional level.
  • This apprenticeship standard is set at Level 2.
