What will I learn?
This job role will consist of assisting with the recruitment and HR function of Shivom.
What you will be doing?
- Sourcing Candidates on a daily basis
- Building database of ready to go candidates
- Working closely with clients to place candidates
- Cold calling candidates to gather their interest
- Sifting CVs
- Drafting job specifications
- Posting jobs on LinkedIn, Job Boards, our website, and promoting roles on social media
- Organising graduate hire events and apprenticeships
- Organising team building and social events
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (timesheets, absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Draft offer letters, employment and contract agreements
- Organise and conduct employee appraisal reviews
