Supporting Financial Advisers in the provision of Advice to clients, by updating client files and providing timely portfolio summaries with information details for client meetings.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Candidate will be joining fast paced Recruitment department at the Walsall Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all administration and compliance documentation.

  • Registration of candidates
  • Making calls to potential candidates
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Administration (Is key)
  • Confident with System Management

Work within a friendly and fast paced environment completing all documentation and interviewing potential candidates for job roles. Apprentice will be contacting candidates and arranging interviews. Apprentice will learn the company CRM system and can progress within this role to other areas of business including administration team Leader or recruitment consultant.

What I will learn:

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

Level 3 qualifications are:

  • A level
  • Access to higher education diploma
  • Advanced apprenticeship

Desired Skills and Personal qualities: 

  • Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4-8/A-C) Essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4-8/A-C) Essential
