Supporting Financial Advisers in the provision of Advice to clients, by updating client files and providing timely portfolio summaries with information details for client meetings.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of Daily MI
  • Close monitoring of Balance sheet and Profit and Loss movement and report any discrepancies
  • Preparation of Expense analysis on monthly basis, keeping close monitoring on movements and escalate the discrepancies
  • Preparation of Accruals and Prepayments template for accurate accounting of expenses
  • Calculating key performance indicators and analysing trend
  • Preparing quarterly reports for group reporting purpose
  • Demonstrate confidence in dealing with all levels of the bank, including executive management levels
  • Maintenance and update of the Transfer Pricing Model between various business units
  • Assist Deputy manager in providing necessary information required by auditors for timely completion of statutory/internal audit
  • Reconciliation of Office accounts including Sundry, Suspense and interest payable/receivable accounts
  • Undertake any other financial reporting and reconciliation responsibilities delegated by Deputy Manager and/or CFO

Accountancy or taxation professionals provide financial information and advice to organisations of all types and sizes; from owner managed businesses to multi-national organisations; from private enterprises to public sector institutions, from entrepreneurs to charities. Examples of roles as an Accountancy or taxation professional include, but are not limited to, Financial accountant, Management accountant, Tax accountant, Tax adviser, Tax specialist, External auditor, Internal auditor, Financial analyst, Management consultant, Forensic accountant and Business advisor.

  • Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Administrative skills, Number skills, Analytical skills

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade A-C/8-4) Essential
    AS Level or equivalent one or more business related subjects (Grade A-C/8-4) Essential
