Key responsibilities include:

  • Inbound / Outbound communications with customers through telephone / e-mail / chat / SMS / web-site
  • Provide 1st class customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support
  • Understand the clients’ products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer
  • Update customer files with appropriate information in the multiple databases available, as required

What will I learn?

Along with the full induction and training programme, you will be working towards a Business Administration SVQ at SCQF L6. The SCQF Level 6 Business Administration apprenticeship is designed to equip those working in business and administration with the skills and knowledge they need to demonstrate competence in their job role.

Learners on this programme have a broad range of activities with significant complexity, responsibility and autonomy, often in a supervisory or team-leading role.

  • SCQF Level 6 Business Administration apprenticeship

 

What qualifications or qualities are required?

  • You must be able to communicate information with consistency and clarity, using active listening techniques in order effectively understand what the clients’ needs are.
  • Be able to break down a situation into smaller pieces to identify key issues, and figure out cause-and-effect relationships.
  • Provide superior service to both internal and external customers.
  • Can focus on desired outcomes and the means by which they are achieved, by meeting or exceeding standards based on past performance, goals, and objectives, as well as the performance or achievements of others.
  • Works cooperatively and effectively with others to reach a common goal. Participates in group activities, fostering a team environment.

Work week:

  • 37.5 to 40 hours/week
  • Monday – Friday
  • Hybrid working pattern
  • Located in Glasgow City Centre (5 min. from Central Station)
