What will the apprentice be doing?
- Ensuring detailed and accurate customer records are kept and updated accordingly
- Managing emails received and identifying and processing correspondence to the correct person in a timely manner
- Effectively and professionally communicating with customers/3rd parties, responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Completing daily tasks set by the Team Leader.
- Taking a flexible approach to Ad Hoc tasks requested.
- Handling Credit Reference Reporting queries using appropriate specialist portals
- Review and act on daily data report emails and file
- Complete basic assurance/audit checks on transactional processes
- Review and support with investigation of Customer Feedback
