Customer Engagement Apprentice

As a Customer Experience Apprentice, you will be based at the Mansfield office as part of the assist the Skills Assessment Engagement Team driving outstanding levels of customer service to all our customers, stakeholders, partners, and platform users. Providing assistance and support. Your training will be with Babington.

Key responsibilities include:

As a Customer Experience Apprentice, your day to day duties will be;

  • Conducting customer demos.
  • Answering customer enquiries.
  • Providing product information.
  • Handling training enquiries.
  • Responding to business enquiries.
  • Processing contract orders.
  • Team time with the Customer Engagement Leader, planning for the week and month ahead.

What will I learn?

  • Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 2 Functional Skills Maths and English – If Required

Future prospects:

  • To continue your career with Skills Assessment beyond your apprenticeship and also have the option to continue forward with your learning.

Things to consider:

  • Within Skills Assessment we have seen several of the team start in their role as apprentices and now progressing with their careers in their role of Customer Engagement Advisor. One of our apprentices had this feedback to share. “I started NCFE completing a level 2 customer service practitioner qualification, which I have now achieved. It has been an incredible journey being able to gain more knowledge in the industry and obtain transferable skills. More recently, I have started my Level 3 business admin qualification and I can’t wait to learn and grow more. Therefore, helping myself progress onto further opportunities”
