Key responsibilities include:
The Client Accounts department are responsible for handling £24 million of client funds each year; and are involved in processing payments, chasing outstanding rental payments, issuing statements of account, making client and contractor payments, posting sales invoices, and in doing so are required to liaise with all departments within Regent.
Other responsibilities will include answering calls, photocopying and filing of tax certificates, producing annual income and expenditure reports for clients, and assisting the other members of the client accounts team where necessary.
We manage over 1000 Properties and we are constantly acquiring more from our Global Client base. We also have offices in Hong Kong and China which is where a large percentage of our business comes from.
Joining a team of three, the successful applicant will be fully trained and will benefit from working in a fast-paced property agency. The successful applicant will have an excellent overview of the UK property market and a detailed understanding of the lettings industry and related legislation.
Applicants should have a high level of accuracy, organisational, and communication skills. This position will appeal to anyone with an aptitude for numbers, who wishes to work in a young & vibrant environment.
Some office work experience is desirable in order to become an integral part of the team. Working with our other departments will be vital in order to make the role a success.
